Cloud�s Ultima Weapon
To obtain Cloud�s Ultimate Weapon, you�ll have to fly over the crater lake located in the eastern part of the continent. There, you will have to defeat the Ultimate Weapon, so you can get Cloud�s Ultima Weapon. Got that?

Barret�s Missing Score
Barret�s ultimate weapon can be found at Midgar. When the �Sister Ray� sequence begins, Barret�s Missing Score can be found on the staircase right before you fight Hojo.

Tifa�s Premium Heart
After you receive the Key to Sector 5, head back to the broken vending machine. You�ll then receive Tifa�s Premium Heart.

Aeris� Princess Guard
When you get to the Temple of the Ancients, you�ll find Aeris� Princess Guard past in the clock room - the IV doorway.

�

Red XIII�s Limited Moon
After you take Bugenhagen to the Shell Village, return to Cosmo Canyon and you�ll find Bugenhagen in horrible shape. Talk to him, and you�ll receive Red XIII�s Limited Moon.

Cait Sith�s HP Shout
When you at Shinra�s Headquarters, go to the 64th floor and search the locker in the health spa area. You�ll receive Cait Sith�s HP Shout.

Yuffie�s Conformer
Right when you get the submarine, go to the wreckage located off the shore of the Gold Saucer. Go to the generator room and you�ll find Yuffie�s Conformer.

Cid�s Venus Gospel
Head back to Rocket Town when the rocket has been launched and talk to the old man located outside the Item Shop. After speaking with him a couple times, he�ll eventually give you the Venus Gospel, Cid�s ultimate weapon.

Vincent�s Death Penalty
After you get the Gold Chocobo or the submarine, head to Lucrecia�s Cave, and go behind the waterfall. Be sure to visit the cave once on disc 2, then visit it again when you are on Disc 3.
